Home & School Association
At SMEF, we believe that strong partnerships between the school and families play a vital role in student achievement and well-being. Regular parent meetings are held throughout the academic year to keep families informed about their child’s academic progress, personal development, and overall experience at school. These meetings provide a platform for meaningful dialogue between teachers and parents, where concerns can be addressed, goals can be set, and support strategies can be aligned.
In addition to individual conferences, we organize a variety of collaborative events such as orientation sessions, parent workshops, and informational seminars that help families better understand the MYP framework and how they can support learning at home. We also value parents’ contributions and invite them to participate in school activities, cultural events, and community-building initiatives. This ongoing collaboration fosters mutual trust, ensures that each student’s needs are met, and helps create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
